Terms.

These terms describe use of the Linefold app and website. Linefold is a rehearsal aid for your own or otherwise authorized script text. It does not provide a licensed script library or a guarantee of performance results.

Your content

You keep responsibility for the text you paste, import or share. Only use material that you are allowed to use. Your script data remains local unless you choose to export it. Keep your own backup before changing devices or removing the app.

Free and Pro

The free app permits two complete saved scripts and includes local backup and restore. Linefold Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the premium capabilities described in the app. The exact localized price and any applicable tax are displayed by Apple or Google before you confirm payment. There is no Linefold subscription. Store purchase, refunds, family sharing and account eligibility follow the applicable store's rules. You can use Restore Purchase in the app when eligible.

Rehearsal audio

Speech voices come from the device operating system. Availability, pronunciation and timing can differ by device and installed voice. The text cue remains available when speech cannot play. Do not rely on Linefold as the sole copy of an irreplaceable script or for time-critical stage cues.

Changes and availability

We may update the app to fix defects or improve its features. A store, device feature or network service can occasionally be unavailable. Existing local scripts remain yours; we do not promise that every device or voice will behave identically.
